Martin Solomon

Director and principal surveyor

Martin has a diploma in residential surveying and valuation (DipRSV) and is a member of theRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).

Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the construction industry, having spent over 15 years as a self-employed carpenter and multi-skilled tradesman. 

Being an independent firm allows us to take our time when surveying. This enables us to ensure your potential purchase is given the time it needs to be properly inspected and thoroughly considered. 

Customer communication is very important to us and something we pride ourselves on. As part of the service, we are available to discuss the property, over the phone or in person prior to the inspection and, most importantly, after the inspection has been completed.
